Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and FullClear (“we”, “us”), operated by [OWNER: legal name of the individual or business, and its country]. They cover fullclear.win, dibs.fullclear.win and our products, including Dibs (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you subscribe for a guild, you also confirm you're allowed to agree on the guild's behalf.
1. The Service
Dibs is a raid loot manager. It imports attendance and loot from game log files, applies rules your guild sets, and records award decisions. Dibs is in early access: features will change, and we may add, change or remove features as the product develops. We'll give reasonable notice before removing anything a paying guild depends on.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Discord, so you must also follow Discord's terms. Keep your Discord account secure; actions taken from it in Dibs count as yours.
- You must be at least 13 and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- A guild leader creates a guild in Dibs and controls it: who has which role, which rules apply, and its subscription. Officers act for the guild within the roles the leader gives them. Disputes inside a guild, including about loot, are for the guild to settle.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Dibs costs $5 per guild per month or $50 per guild per year, plus any sales tax or VAT. Prices are in US dollars.
- Subscriptions are sold by Creem, our reseller and merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, charges applicable taxes and issues your invoice, and its own terms of sale apply to the purchase.
- New guilds get a one-month free trial. If you give a payment method when starting the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. [OWNER: confirm whether a card is required for the trial, and adjust this line]
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from the link in your Creem receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Your guild keeps full access until the end of the period already paid.
- If a subscription ends or a payment fails, the guild becomes read-only. Its data isn't deleted straight away; see the privacy policy for how long we keep it.
- We may change prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Your content
You and your guild own what you put into Dibs: log files, characters, rules, requests and other data (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only to run the Service for you and your guild. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including other players' character names that appear in your guild's logs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or the rules of the game or Discord, while using the Service;
- access another guild's data, or try to get around roles, limits or security controls;
- upload malware, or files built to attack or overload the Service;
- scrape, resell or rent the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to harass anyone, or upload content that isn't yours to share.
We may suspend accounts or guilds that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
6. Games and trademarks
FullClear and Dibs are independent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Daybreak Game Company, EverQuest, Discord or any other game publisher. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners. Game publishers can change their log formats or rules; we'll do our best to keep up, but we can't promise support for every change.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service running, but it's provided without an uptime guarantee and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Support is by email at [email protected].
8. Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms say, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Dibs applies the rules your guild sets; we are not responsible for how your guild chooses those rules or who receives loot.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost in-game items, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount your guild paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or suspend the Service for you if you seriously or repeatedly break them, or if we stop offering the Service. If we shut Dibs down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your guild's data, and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid time left.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email to the billing contact. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: state and country]. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
