Refund Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Draft. This page is a working draft awaiting review by FullClear's owner. It is not legal advice, and it may change before Dibs takes payments.

We want guilds to pay for Dibs only if it's working for them. This policy covers Dibs subscriptions bought through our merchant of record, Creem. It doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Free trial

New guilds get a one-month free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the link in your Creem receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Your guild keeps full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

When we refund

Outside these cases, payments for periods that have already started aren't refunded, including partly used months. Cancelling stops future charges.

EU and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. Since the first payment above is refundable in full within 14 days anyway, you can use that right just by emailing us.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from, or mentioning, the email you used at checkout.
  2. Tell us your guild's name and why you're asking (one line is fine).
  3. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster, and a chargeback can pause your guild's access while it's open.
